Jessica Vialpando is an independent contactor providing services as a Development Specialist for Four Rivers Community Radio, bringing nearly two decades of experience in community service to her role. Originally from Idaho, she spent 19 years as a dedicated speech therapist, including six years working with young children at the Malheur Education Service District. Jessica's passion for community engagement led her to transition into nonprofit development support this year, following years of volunteer work with various community organizations. She first learned about FRCR during their FCC license efforts and reconnected with the group in the spring of 2025. Jessica is involved with community radio because of the unique opportunities it offers, and she's excited to help FRCR achieve its mission of building real community and culture within the Four Rivers area. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with family, camping, reading, gardening, and caring for her houseplants.
